LIMITED EDITION WATCH TO COMMEMORATE THE 80TH ANNIVERSARY OF OPERATION CATECHISM ON 12TH NOVEMBER 2024

To commemorate the 80th anniversary of Operation Catechism, the final attack on the German battleship Tirpitz, 617 Sqn and IX(B) Sqn have teamed with Avi-8.co.uk to produce two limited edition watches.  The designs are themed on the Lancaster pilot’s instrumentation and Tallboy bomb, with Sqn Association motifs.

The 43mm dual time-zone quartz chronograph will be released in November 2024 on the 80th anniversary of Operation Catechism. The watches will retail at about £285 with about a 30% discount for Association members; 5% of sales will be donated to the Sqn Association charities.
